    Code of Conduct

    MCS is committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence, professionalism, ethics and integrity in all aspects of its operations. Complying with these standards is vital for MCS’s continued success. The Code is based on the laws, rules and regulations that apply to MCS operations. All employees and First-level, Second-Level and Related Entities (FDRs) (collectively those Covered Persons), must observe and comply with the provisions of this Code, relevant to their activities on behalf of MCS, and support MCS’s commitment to comply with federal and Puerto Rico laws, guidelines and regulations, as applicable. Each of the Covered Persons is responsible for understanding and complying with the Code, and for immediately reporting any violation they are aware of.

    Through active collaboration and a strong commitment from all, MCS will be able to continue to strengthen our culture of Accountability, Compliance and Trust, which positions us as one of the leading companies in Puerto Rico’s health insurance industry.     Actuarial Certification

    In keeping compliant with the Insurance Commissioner’s Office, we offer you Actuarial Certification in compliance with Rate Dispositions in Chapter 10 . This document certifies that all dissipations and rate methods MCS uses are actuarially reasonable.
