The Health Risk Assessment (HRA, as referred to in the policy or benefit certificate) is a valuable benefit that will take care of you in a preventive way.

Through this benefit, you will be able to evaluate:

• Your medical history
• Your vital
• Your compliance with your preventive tests
• Your results with the doctor

To obtain this benefit you must complete the Health Risk Assessment (HRA, as referenced in the policy or benefit certificate) through one of the MCS Care Clubs. Once completed, the physician will provide you with medical recommendations and a care plan aimed at addressing your specific needs and risk factors.
