What is Club Te Paga? Club Te Paga is a program that transforms the lives of our members and the community in general, cultivates a strong sense of belonging by connecting people with the communities around us, provides value-added initiatives and services and inspires participants to reach their health goals.

1. What is the MCS Club te Paga?

MCS Club Te Paga is a program that transforms the lives of our clients, cultivates a strong sense of belonging by connecting people with the community around us, providing a variety of value-added initiatives and services, and inspiring participants to achieve their health goals.

2. Who can participate in the MCS Club Te Paga?

Club Te Paga serves MCS members as well as the community in general. Through the different initiatives that are within the Program, people can identify the activities* in which they wish to participate. 8. Is it possible to request transportation to the on-site activities?

No. This would only apply to members who have the MCS Classicare plan with the transportation benefit for non-medical expenses, since they are eligible for the Special Supplemental Benefits for Members with Chronic Conditions (SSBCI) and can use their benefit to attend Club Te Paga activities. The member should check their benefit summary or call the Customer Service Center to validate eligibility.

9. Will the MCS Club Te Paga have a chat available?

MCS Club Te Paga members receive health and wellness information, in-person, and virtual activities, as well as exclusive content and discounts, while interacting with other Club members.

13. To be part of MCS Club Te Paga, do I need to have the plan card?

It is not necessary to have the plan card to enjoy the content of MCS Club Te Paga. However, some of the in-person events, as well as certain promotions will be exclusive for our policyholders and members, even if they do not have the benefit of the MCS Classicare Te Paga card or the MCS Personal Directo card.

14. Can they bring guests to the on-site activities?

Yes, some activities may be attended with a guest, others are only for MCS policyholders or affiliates.
