Healthy Mothers and Babies Program
The Healthy Mothers and Babies Program is focused on educating about
pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and baby care. All pregnant members of MCS Life
(Commercial line of business) are eligible. You can enroll as soon as your gynecologist
confirms your pregnancy.
By joining the program, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Participate in the online course: Preparation for Childbirth and
Breastfeeding Perinatal educators will clarify your doubts related to the arrival of
your baby about topics such as:

Prenatal care, breastfeeding, anatomy, and physiology of childbirth

Management of anxiety, pain, and fear through the use of techniques to be able to
relax and control the birthing process
