Term life insurance & accidental death and dismemberment insurance
Term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance: $10,000 for natural death, and
accidental death and dismemberment. Injuries include: life, both hands, both feet or vision of both eyes,
the benefit amount is 100%. A hand or a foot, vision of one eye the benefit amount is 50%. The amount of
death insurance does not vary depending on how long the policy is in effect. Life insurance is available
only to the primary insured between the ages of 18 and 64.
