This option exceeds the Essential Health Benefits (EHB) established by the federal government. It includes alternatives for 2026 that allow you to adjust your coverage to fit your company’s budget. It also provides innovative solutions that integrate traditional medicine with alternative medicine therapies.

PHARMACY

MCS Global Elite has the following pharmacy access models:

• Drug Formulary Value 2026, the Special Pharmacy Network (for Gold plans) and the PPO Pharmacy Network (for Platinum plans).
  

DENTAL

• MCS Global Elite has Dental 100 dental coverage integrated into the basic coverage, which, in addition to diagnostic and preventive services, covers restorative services, oral surgery, and other dental services.
  
• As additional options, you can select between Dental 300 and Dental 400 for more comprehensive dental benefits coverage.
  

VISION

• Pediatric Vision: For minors under the age of twenty-one (21)*
  
• Vision services for adults and children in addition to Pediatric Vision*

Term life insurance & accidental death and dismemberment insurance

Term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance: $10,000 for natural death, and accidental death and dismemberment. Injuries include: life, both hands, both feet or vision of both eyes, the benefit amount is 100%. A hand or a foot, vision of one eye the benefit amount is 50%. The amount of death insurance does not vary depending on how long the policy is in effect. Life insurance is available only to the primary insured between the ages of 18 and 64.
