Establishing a medical practice can be extremely satisfying and, at the same time, bring challenges and responsibilities.
MCS Conexión de Salud is sponsoring the Impúlsate con MCSproject, aimed at assisting new and future doctors in Puerto Rico to help them establish their professional practice on the island. Through this project, MCS aims to train doctors in administrative and operational processes that will support them as they integrate into the healthcare industry.
In-Person Training. Before completing their residency, doctors will be able to participate in a conference, where they’ll receive information related to the contract process and operational elements of the medical insurance, that are relevant to establishing their clinical practice and will support them in caring for their patients.
Online educational modules. They will have access to content related to important aspects of patient care management.
Personalized Support. They will receive guidance in the process of establishing their clinical practice.
