As Chief Operating Officer, Roberto M. Torres is responsible for implementing the Company’s master plan to provide the best service experience for our customers and members, as well as to strengthen our relationship with providers.

After standing out for his leadership and knowledge of financial matters on many Fortune 500 companies, Torres joined MCS Healthcare Holdings, LLC. (MCS) in 2011 as Director of Capitated Agreements and was promoted to Vice President in 2013. In April 2017, Torres was appointed Executive Vice President of Financial Operations. In 2020, he was appointed to its current position, in charge of overseeing the areas of Business Intelligence, Customer Service, Enrollment, Information Technology, Medicare Stars program, Operations, Provider Network Operations Management and Service Improvement.

Prior to MCS, Torres excelled in companies such as Phillip 66, General Electric, Kellogg and Johnson & Johnson.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts. Also, completed a master’s degree in Business Administration at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
