Maité Morales, Chief Administrative Officer, of MCS Healthcare Holdings, LLC. (MCS) has the responsibility to work closely with our organization’s leadership on the continuous development of strategies and controls aimed at ensuring full compliance with the internal procedures and directions established by the company, as well as with applicable local and federal laws and regulations. Since 2022, she is a Director of the MCS Healthcare Holdings, LLC’s board.

Given her vast experience and knowledge in the healthcare industry, Maité continues to build upon a solid corporate structure and culture that will allow MCS to meet its corporate goals to better serve the needs of all its constituents.

Morales joined MCS in 2010 as the Medicare Legal Director. The executive has accomplished a successful career in the health insurance industry thanks to her visionary leadership, expertise and performance. In 2012, she was appointed as Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for monitoring all controls regarding internal departments, providers and contracted entities. In 2020, she was appointed to her current position, where she oversees the Administration and Facilities, Compliance, Human Resources, Internal Audit and Legal areas.

Attorney Morales has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law and has a master’s degree in Healthcare Law from Houston University.
