Jim O'Drobinak is Chief Executive Officer of MCS Healthcare Holdings, LLC, and Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2012. In 2023, Kinderhook Industries, LLC ("Kinderhook") appointed O'Drobinak as the President and CEO of GlobalHealth, an Oklahoma City, OK-based HMO serving approximately 13,000 Medicare Advantage and Commercial Members.

In 2017, O'Drobinak helped create the MCS Foundation, one of Puerto Rico's finest charitable organizations. In 2012, O'Drobinak was named President of the Puerto Rico Medicaid and Medicare Advantage Products Association (MMAPA) and remained at the helm of MMAPA until 2016, leading the industry's efforts aimed at protecting federally funded healthcare programs for Puerto Rico., O'Drobinak was again named President by MMAPA in 2019 until his term ended in August 2020.

O'Drobinak began his career with Deloitte & Touche and has excelled in companies such as Advantech, and ABR Information Services, which was later sold to Ceridian. Jim was also the founder of Acclaris LLC and a member of its Board of Directors up until its sale in 2010 to a private equity group.

O'Drobinak's enduring commitment to local communities has been critical, as demonstrated by the work of the MCS Foundation and the PR Saludable initiative, through which MCS created effective alliances with over 30 organizations to help hundreds of thousands of Puerto Ricans with food and clothes. Local media organizations have acknowledged O'Drobinak as one of the executives whose leadership sets an example for Puerto Rico's business community. In 2020, O'Drobinak was presented the Antonio Luis Ferré Lifetime Achievement Award by the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors for his successful trajectory.

O'Drobinak's commitment to the local community is also showcased through his role as a tireless advocate to convey the urgency to eliminate the current Medicare Advantage funding inequities that directly affect the most vulnerable and sickest population in Puerto Rico.

O'Drobinak is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Salvation Army, a Christian non-profit entity dedicated to addressing the needs of underprivileged people. Since 2012, O'Drobinak has lived in Condado, and his youngest sons, Eric and Michael, are proud graduates of Baldwin School of Puerto Rico and St. John's School, respectively. Time permitting, Jim also enjoys playing golf at Bahía, where he also maintains a residence.
