Herminio Nieves Blasini is MCS's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). His responsibilities are to promote and optimize the company's revenue growth by developing strategies focused on membership growth, sales and retention channels as well as business partnerships for both the Medicare Advantage and Commercial lines of business for the company.

Herminio has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has been with MCS for 23 years. He started in the company as a market analyst and then assumed leadership positions as Marketing Manager, Director of Sales for the Government area, Director of Sales for the Medicare Advantage line of business, and Assistant Vice President of Sales. In 2010, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales and in 2018 assumed the role of Senior Vice President of Sales for the company.

He completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. During his time as an undergraduate student, and as part of an exchange study, he spent a year at the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech University. He later earned an MBA from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.

Apart from his work at MCS, Nieves Blasini has excelled as an executive in the world of sports, and in December 2023 he published his first book Raquetazos Mundialistas, which honors the legends of Puerto Rican tennis.
